About Us...
EnGraph Software was founded in 1999 and is based in the
Kansas City area. The roots of the company were grown from engineering and
geographic information systems programming. From this background, we developed
a series of powerful routing algorithms to solve complex transportation
scheduling dilemmas. We packaged these tools and created EASE, the
EnGraph Advanced Scheduling Engine.
This technology served as the cornerstone for our flagship software product,
ParaPlan. ParaPlan is an enterprise-level application for small to
medium sized paratransit service providers. It was first installed in the
summer of 2000 at the American Red Cross in Grand Rapids, MI. They still use ParaPlan everyday, providing efficient transportation
service to its customers. As of April 2010, ParaPlan is operating in 22
states for 53 transit agencies.
The owners, Kyle Archer and Tim Hibbard, have over 20 years of combined
experience with the development and implementation of Intelligent Transportation
Systems (ITS). Our CEO, Tim Hibbard, has been featured in 3 magazines, Topeka News Channel 47
and Sky News UK for his development work in the transit industry.
