Our Clients
ParaPlan is an enterprise-level application for small to medium sized
paratransit service providers. Our clients are typically
comprised of city/county
public transit systems, aging organizations and private transportation agencies.
ParaPlan was first installed in the summer of 2000 for
the American Red Cross in Grand Rapids, MI. As of April 2010, ParaPlan is operating in 22
states for 53 transit agencies. These businesses operate fleets ranging from 2 vehicles
to 60+ vehicles.
