Fixed Route Transit Documentation System
Manage your fixed routes, stops, drivers, vehicles and special events using RiderTrac. The system supports multiple route/loop configurations and generates an easy-to-use ridership data entry form for your users.
The drivers for our client in Beaver Creek, CO use RiderTrac at 15 different workstations to quickly input their ridership data at the end of every shift. Managers use this data to generate payroll reports for over 130 drivers and ridership demand reports for over 50 vehicles.

RiderTrac was designed with both your drivers and managers in mind. After login, limited users are shown a simple portal giving them only 3 options: Fixed Route or Shift, Special Event and Exit. Special events are stored as unique group events that occur on a specific date. screenshot >>

RiderTrac supports numerous fixed route configurations.
Each route core has a name, owner, type, default mileage, pre/post
time and starting time. Users can also enter up to 8 loop
definitions to track each route stop, sequence and available dates.

Once your routes are configured, users can quickly enter
ridership data for each stop, route, driver, vehicle and date.
RiderTrac automatically generates the loop starting time for each
route sequence and is displayed in a simple spreadsheet data entry
format.

RiderTrac managers and administrators have complete access to all
the information within our Administration and Reports modules.
Reports include in-service hours, payroll, ridership demand,
mileage, and daily schedules.
